Return Policy


Our policy lasts 14 days of receiving goods. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

If you happen to order by mistake or change your mind about your order and require a full refund then you will need to contact us within 24 hours of ordering. This is because your order may be dispatched any time after this period, and if you contact us after the order has been dispatched, you will have to pay for the delivery cost. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

In addition, if your product is not damaged, but it is not what you envisioned then you are responsible to pay for the cost of the item to be returned/restocked. My Zen Space must be made aware of this within 14 days from the receiving goods.  


If item is damaged this must be given in writing accompanied with photographic evidence (where applicable) to My Zen Space within 24 hours of the delivery. Please send this to along with the description of the fault.
Please do not return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. We are unable to refund any postage / re-collection costs incurred if you return damaged items without contacting us.
My Zen Space shall not be liable in respect of any claim unless the below mentioned requirements have been compiled with except in any particular case where the customer proves (i) it was not possible to comply with the requirements and (ii) advise (where required) was given and the claim made as soon as possible.

You must report a return within 24 hours of taking delivery otherwise no claims can be honoured and you will not be able to return your product.
Returns are only accepted if the product has NOT been taken outside the delivery box / crate OR if further investigation is required the product may be taken out of the box to be photographed directly next to the delivery box /crate. The delivery box/ crate must be shown in close proximity to the product in the photographs taken. This is so we can establish that it has not been moved any distance and therefore not damaged during placing as this DOES NOT constitute a return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

To return your product, you should email and we will contact you with a returns address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5 Year Guarantee with Maze Rattan brand

Please note that our 5-year guarantee only covers furniture for structural damage (framework), rust, and fade in the UK. Please note our firepits systems and accessories only suffice a 1-year guarantee. The guarantee applies to all furniture sold by My Zen Space, however it does not include the glass, cushion fabric & filling, or stitching supplied with sets.

The specification of furniture is made to withstand the weather conditions in the UK, therefore may not be suitable for foreign climates. Extreme temperatures may cause the rattan to contract and expand, consequently leading to damage or cracking. Should the consumer wish to move furniture outside of the UK, My Zen Space is not liable for any consequent damage, because of foreign weather conditions. 

My Zen Space reserves the right to not apply the 5 Year Guarantee in cases where My Zen Space deems inappropriate misuse or in instances where the product/s has been tampered with by a third party. The guarantee will also not apply in instances deemed to be fair wear and tear. The 5-year guarantee is the maximum period covered and any replacement orders provided do not re-start the guarantee period. The guarantee begins from the date of dispatch.
