    • How do I order? - Online. This is the simplest way. Click on the product you love and follow the 'add to cart' button. Our website is 100% safe and really easy to use.
    • How do I pay? - You can pay by Credit or Debit card in the UK (we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Delta)
    • Do you deliver to my country? - We only deliver to Mainland UK at present, but hoping to open this up very soon!
    • Do I get free delivery? - Yes, on all orders over £100
    • When will my order get here? - All delivery times are stated on each product page, once your order has been dispatched we will get in contact with you to confirm your delivery date. 
    • Can the driver carry the item through my house? - No, unless specified on the item page this is a delivery service not an assembly service. Due to health and safety reasons our drivers cannot carry the item through the house or into the garden.
    • I have placed my order, where's my confirmation email? - We will always send an order confirmation to the email provided within an hour of receiving your order, if this hasn't been received within the hour please try checking your junk/spam folder.
    • What does pressure treatment (tanalising) do? - The pressure treatment process protects the timber against rot and decay, giving it the best possible pre-treatment available to give your product a long lifespan.
